Upon receipt of your payment, invoice details, and email address for the download link and license information, you will receive the download link(s) for your purchased product(s) within 48 hours at the email address you provided.

   - Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

3. **Seven Exceptions:**

   - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

      a. **Download Link Received:**

         - If you have received a download link, the item is considered delivered, and returns or refunds are not possible.

      b. **License Key Received:**

         - Once a license key is issued, the item is considered in use, and returns or refunds cannot be processed.

 

4. **Contact Us:**

   - If you have any questions regarding our return and refund policy or if you believe your situation falls outside the seven exceptions, please contact our customer support team. We are here to assist you.

 

5. **Time Limit:**

   - To be eligible for a return or refund, you must initiate the process within a specified time frame. Please ensure that you contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
